The goal of lighthouse on the Cove is to provide a unique and memorable venue to our customers at a reasonable price. We offer several different options to customize your event exactly to your specifications.

Rental Rates
Flat rate rentals for entire building are as follows: • Sunday through Friday eight hour rentals - $2,500 • Saturday eight hour rental - $3,500
Our weekend hours available are Noon through Midnight. You may select your eight hour increment. Additional hours are available at $200/hour. No additional hours available after midnight.
Our off-peak periods are as follows: • November, January, February, March • Monday through Thursday • An event that takes place within sixty days of booking
During these times we waive our eight hour minimum and you may choose the number of hours you want. Our hourly rate for Sunday through Friday is $315/hour, and Saturday is $440/hour.
Departure by Luxury Yacht and/or Ceremony on Yacht - $300
Yacht as changing room and photo op - Free of Charge
Rehearsal: When available at $200
Ceremony setup: $2.00 per chair includes decorated arch and aisle runner. Maximum seating for ceremony downstairs is 150 guests. Seating comprised of 150 classic white folding wedding chairs.
Linen Options: Our floor length linen can be used free of charge if top is completely covered with an overlay.
Security fee of $30 an hour for Sweet 16 and graduation parties.
To reserve a date, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due sixty days prior to the event. A security deposit of $750 will be collected sixty days prior to event in addition to the rental price and will be refunded upon compliance with the rental terms.
